Responsibilities: As a Virtual Organization Managment Consultant Intern, you wil be involved with writing white papers and the development of, and participation in, Virtual Organization Management CEO Summits, webinars, seminars, workshops, symposiums and conferences to be held worldwide.

As a Virtual Organization Management Consultant Intern, you will  also be eligible to request participation at these events in one or more of the following capacities: Panel Moderator, Panel Member, Speaker, or Trainer. The level and extent of your participation will depend on how quickly you absorb the Virtual Organization Management Consulting training we will provide you as well as your overall background, experience and performance.

Requirements: Current college junior, senior or graduate student in industry related major.

• VISION, Integrity, Discipline, Team Player, Ability to Multitask.
• Must be an EXPERT or GURU in any business or technology discipline
• Prior consulting or corporate training experience with a top-tier global consulting firm is a BIG PLUS.
• Strong PowerPoint presentation and superior proposal writing skills
• Solid applied technical, scientific, or marketing research skills.
• Ability to achieve consensus through technical collaboration in a virtual environment.
• Must have excellent WRITTEN and verbal communication skills.

Desired Qualification: Seeking Ph.D. Candidates and Post Docs from any business or technology discipline; with a strong vision to participate, as part of an elite team, in acquiring leading edge and groundbreaking skills relating to Virtual Organization Management best practices, policies and procedures.

Compensation: Unpaid 9-month Internship. May include a Cash Award of up to $25,000 based on your performance and satisfactory completion of internship. Will cooperate with your university for academic credit. Fees paid for speaking engagements. Paid consulting opportunities - external engagements only - are available based on experience and performance.

At the end of your 9-month internship - subject to completion of the entire term of your internship and satisfactory performance - you will receive our official certificate and designation of Elite Virtual Organization Management Consultant. As well, you will be eligible for consideration as a Virtual Organization Management Consultant working for NetWEB Elite Solutions on either an ON DEMAND consulting or permanent full time basis.
